— About
Program Overview

- Youth undergo an intake which seeks to reveal identified risk factors, academic strengths, weaknesses, and other important factors that may affect behavior or academic performance.
- 5-10 youth will be enrolled in a pod. These small pods allow us to develop individual pathways for each participant. It also allows for participants to form a bond and begin the process of learning how they can be a peacemaker.
- Our nearly 10,000 sq. ft. facility allows for multiple pods simultaneously while allowing for social distancing and adherence to recommended COVID-19 precaution measures.
- Youth will meet at least 2 days a week with a dedicated “coach”. This will include in-person and virtual sessions. Our coaches guide youth in enriching their talents and exploring new opportunities.
